Nothing says summer like ice cream. And even though the Vancouver weather hasn’t been consistently sizzling yet this summer, ice cream remains a treasured favourite that we simply must enjoy during this time of year, rain or shine. So as a new Vancouverite, one of my first tasks was to find the hot spot that would satisfy the sweet spot for my ice cream cravings. The answer was simple – Earnest Ice Cream.
