Rethink Breast Cancer’s 14th annual fundraiser, Booby Ball is ready for liftoff tonight and you better have your sexy space suits ready! This year’s event is titled Planet Booby and it is a space-themed gala with the following mission: To raise awareness and fundraising in the fight against breast cancer, while launching you to the most fun, sassy and stylish galaxy in the universe. To date, over $3.4 million has been raised from the fabulous Booby Ball events.
We may be going to outer space, but we will be travelling in first-class style. Guests will enjoy a nail bar, lip bar and hair station, while sipping on decadent cocktails from the bar. A silent auction will feature an array of amazing items, and delicious treats will be served throughout the evening.
The DJ will be spinning hot tunes all night so you can shake your booty, whether you choose to do the Nae Nae, Wobble or Twerk! Come dressed up in whatever space-themed attire you want...just make sure it's fierce!
Best of all, all guests will be treated to the ever-popular Booby Ball gift bag, as a souvenier of their space travels.
“The Booby Ball gift bags are always a crowd pleaser. This year we have a Guess gift card, skin and hair products, body mist from Rocky Mountain Soap, sunglasses, a phone charger and many more goodies in each bag, ” says Erin Peterson, Gift Bag Lead. “The gift bags are our way of thanking our guests for joining us and supporting this great cause.”
So come on…defy gravity and get to the Johnson-Cobbe Energy Centre on the SAIT Polytechnic Campus tonight for the hottest, most coveted event of the season. Visit the Booby Ball website for tickets and more information.
